In September 7, 1980

Pastor Arthnel L. Hastings and

his family migrated to Port Charlotte

Florida from our Brooklyn, New York

branch of U.E.M.O.

After about 2 years , Pastor Hastings

began a sucsessful home based

church which later developed into

the dedication of our original U.E.M.O.

Port Charlotte sanctuary in 1987.

Expanding on the vision of a greater

U.E.M.O. ministry, Pastor Hastings and congregation were able to complete and dedicate our current sanctuary addition in 2006. At this dedication, Pastor Hastings was installed as the first Bishop of the U.E.M.O. Ministries.

On June 27, 2009 there was a shift in the pastoral leadership at U.E.M.O. Rev. Basil O. Khaleel , after sevring as Assistant pastor of U.E.M.O. Brooklyn for 3 Yrs And Assistant to Bishop Hastings for 19 Yrs, was installed as Senior Pastor of U.E.M.O. Port Charlotte.
